Die Generalversammlung<\/strong>, das oberste Organ von Solidarisches Wallis, setzt sich aus seinen Mitgliedsorganisationen zusammen. Sie ist f\u00fcr die strategische Ausrichtung zust\u00e4ndig, verabschiedet das Budget und die T\u00e4tigkeitsberichte der verschiedenen Instanzen und genehmigt die Rechnungen. <\/p>\n

Der Vorstand<\/strong>, das leitende Organ von Solidarisches Wallis, genehmigt die Reglemente der Kommissionen, die Programmstrategien der Mitglieder und die Projekte, die der Verband unterst\u00fctzt. Er schl\u00e4gt auch strategische Ausrichtungen vor, um die Ziele von Solidarisches Wallis zu erreichen Der Vorstand besteht aus 5 bis 7 Mitgliedern, die von der GV f\u00fcr vier Jahre gew\u00e4hlt werden und wiederw\u00e4hlbar sind. Die Pr\u00e4sidentInnen der Technischen Kommission, der Informationskommission und der Finanzkontrollkommission sind von Rechts wegen Mitglieder des Komitees.<\/p>\n

Das Sekretariat<\/strong>, das Exekutivorgan, \u00fcbernimmt die t\u00e4glichen Aufgaben des Verbandes, insbesondere seine finanzielle und administrative Verwaltung. Es unterst\u00fctzt und koordiniert die Aktivit\u00e4ten der verschiedenen Instanzen. Es besteht aus zwei angestellten Personen mit insgesamt 130 Stellenprozent. <\/p>\n

Die Technische Kommission<\/strong> beurteilt die Finanzierungsantr\u00e4ge der Mitgliedsorganisationen auf Relevanz und Wirksamkeit. Sie beurteilt die Relevanz und Wirksamkeit der eingereichten Projekte.<\/p>\n

Die Informationskommission<\/strong> informiert die Bev\u00f6lkerung \u00fcber die Aktivit\u00e4ten des Verbandes und seiner Mitgliedsorganisationen. Weiter sensibilisiert sie das Publikum \u00fcber Fragen der Entwicklung und Solidarit\u00e4t <\/p>\n

Die Finanz<\/strong>kontrollkommission<\/strong> sorgt f\u00fcr die Kontrolle der von Solidarisches Wallis unterst\u00fctzten Projekte, sowohl unter finanziellen Gesichtspunkten als auch im Hinblick auf die Einhaltung der festgelegten Ziele. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
